【性    状】本品为硬胶囊剂，内容物为白色颗粒。

【Description】This product is formulated as hard capsule, contents are white granules.

【适 应 症】用于2型糖尿病的初始治疗，用于改善单独采取饮食、运动疗法不能充分控制血糖的2型糖尿病。

【Indications】

Used for the initial treatment of type 2 diabetes, used for the type 2 diabetes which cannot be adequately controlled by diet and motortherapy

【规    格】每粒含盐酸二甲双胍250mg和格列吡嗪2.5mg

【Specification】Each capsule containing 250 mg metformin hydrochloride and glipizide 2.5 mg

【用法用量】本品应根据有效性和耐受性进行个体化给药，且不得超过最大推荐给药剂量即每日2000mg二甲双胍/20mg 格列吡嗪。

【 Dosage 】This product should be dosed according to the efficacy and tolerability and the dosage shall not exceed the maximum recommended dosage 2000 mg of metformin / 20 mg glipizide per day.
